Having lived in Atlanta for over 45 years and over 35 of those selling real estate, I know the DeKalb, Gwinnett and Fulton residential market. I have a focused expertise on the Decatur and Emory University areas.
Accomplishments:
I have been a Phoenix Member of the Pinnacle Award and Million Dollar Club with the the DeKalb Association of Realtors. I was a member of the DeKalb Association of Realtors since 1981 through 2017. September 2020, I joined Virtual Properties Realty. I am excited about the new opportunities as I move my business into consulting and semi-retirement. November of 2010 through 2017, I was with Keller Williams Realty Metro Atlanta. Prior to that, I was with RE/MAX for 28 years.While there, I was admitted to the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame and through the years I qualified for the RE/MAX President's Club, Executive Club and the 100% Club for sales achievements.
Less than five percent of all Realtors earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which I maintained until 2017. I have also been recognized by the National Association of Realtors as an e-PRO Internet Professional .
About Me Personally:
I have lived in DeKalb for over 45 years and my home is within a mile of downtown Decatur. I particularly enjoy the many dining opportunities Decatur and Atlanta offers. I walk for exercise, practice Yoga and have a keen interest in urban and shade gardening. One of my loves in my household is a Sheltie. Another passion is travel with an emphasis on Europe and cruising.
